In 1963, a young home builder, Bob Collier, moved his family to the Augusta area as part of a church plant with a group from Christ Sanctified Holy Church located in Norfolk, VA. He brought with him his home-building skills acquired from his background in construction and several years of building homes in Norfolk. “It wasn’t long before I began to make my mark in the Augusta home-building market. With Augusta’s robust growth through the 1960’s and 1970’s, I saw my home-building business grow through a time of tremendous growth into one of the largest residential companies in the history of the CSRA.
