The application fee is $65. Each additional adult (age 18+) will be an additional $40.

To process your application, please submit the following:

Copies of your three (3) most recent pay stubs

(Alternatively, you may submit LES, tax returns, financial aid statements, Social Security, disability, or court-ordered income documentation)

Copy of your driver’s license or valid photo ID
Additional Requirements:

Every adult applicant (age 18 or older), including adult children, must complete a separate application for approval.

Applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least three (3) times the monthly rent.

A minimum credit score of 600 is required.

Co-signers must reside in the same state as the property being applied for.
Automatic Disqualification Criteria
Applications will be automatically denied if any of the following apply:

The applicant is a registered sex offender or has a conviction related to drugs or violence.

The applicant has any felony conviction within the past 7 years, unless documentation proving mistaken identity is provided.

The applicant has an active bankruptcy or a bankruptcy discharged within the past 36 months.

The applicant has had an eviction filed or dispossessory served within the past 7 years.

Any applicant or occupant owes a balance to a previous landlord or property management company.

Any applicant has an outstanding collection account with a utility company.
